Kim Criswell delivers Lalume's two big numbers, "Not Since Nineveh" and "Rahadlakum," in a 1988 Orange County, CA. production of "Kismet." David Chaney is Hajj. Criswell, an American who moved to London, has played everything from Annie Oakley to Grizabella to Margaret White, and recorded everything from Reno Sweeney to Aldonza to Miss Hannigan. A versatile singer, comfortable in both belt and operatic tessitura.
